We made this surfboard bag with light gray denier exterior. This light color absorbs the least heat when exposed to the sun thereby making it a functional surf bag color. We made this surfboard cover to the specific dimensions of Frank’s 6’0″ surfboard. This makes for a snug fit. Sometimes a customer will want their surfboard travel bag to be made strictly for surf travel. The fins will be taken off this surfboard while traveling so we made the tail of the board bag narrower. If requested we can make the tail of surf board bag wider to accommodate for fins. A wider tail will allow a surf bag to be used as a travel bag and a day bag.

Our surfboard travel bags include a hard rubber handle on the rail. A padded shoulder strap with metal d-rings and clips. Also an exterior rectangular storage pouch with Velcro on each side for additional storage. This is a perfect place to store your shoulder strap when not in use.

 

 

The surf bag incorporates a smooth white nylon interior lining. We prefer this material because it is superior to the plastic tarpaulin most surfboard bag companies use on their boardbags. Additionally included in our surf travel bags is a interior mesh pouch for fin and surf accessory storage.

 

 

Also included on our travel surfboard bag is a .25″ zipper protection guard running the entire length of the zipper. This keeps the zipper from rubbing on the rail of your surfboard while traveling.

 

 

Furthermore our surf travel bags contain reinforced 1.5″ heavy webbing seams for added durability. Also we use the large #10 zipper on all our surf travel cases with two zipper sliders and zipper pulls.
